Blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin), Plavix, or NSAIDS

• If you have not received instructions from your prescribing provider and/or surgeon on if or when to discontinue these medications prior to your surgery, please call them today to receive those instructions.

Vitamins, herbals, dietary drinks, and supplements

• Must be discontinued 14 days prior to surgery

• This includes Ashwagandha, adaptogens, aloe vera juice, AG1

• Vitamin D, magnesium, calcium and probiotics DO NOT have to be discontinued

Weight loss, GLP-1/GLP-2 and diabetes medications

• If you are taking any weight loss or diabetes medications not listed, here please call your PCP or surgeon today for further instructions.
